Presented to an emergency medicine physician who has consistently demonstrated dedication to the clinical practice of emergency medicine through exceptional patient care and/or advancement of clinical knowledge within the community.
Given to an emergency medicine physician who has demonstrated a continued dedication to the practice of emergency medicine and the perpetuation of emergency medicine in the state of Rhode Island. Awardees should have both a meritorious record and recent contributions to support awarding of this highest award. Awardees must be members in good standing with RI ACEP and cannot have received this award in the past five years.
