At the annual Open Forum Meeting in March, Education Awards were given out in four categories:
RI ACEP Outstanding Clinical Physician Award
David Curley, MD, PhD
RI ACEP Award for Educational Innovation
Amy Mariorenzi, MD
RI ACEP Award for Educational Excellence
Caitlin Azzo, MD
RI ACEP Award for Continuing Education
Robert J. Tubbs, MD
The evening also honored new ACEP fellows Jesse Dalton and Adam Matson.
The awards were followed by a lively Open Forum discussion led by RI ACEP President Dr. Matt Sarasin of topics chosen by the physicians and residents in attendance.
